I'm a full-stack software engineer running an independent consultancy, with 4+ years of production experience across AI/LLM platforms, fintech, hospitality, and consumer streaming. I help teams ship multi-tenant SaaS, modern auth and billing systems, and end-to-end products on Rails 8 and SvelteKit.
My Journey
My journey began with a Bachelor of Music in double bass performance from the University of Colorado Boulder. Curiosity about how the software powering modern life actually works led me through the full-stack engineering bootcamp at Flatiron School — a background that still shapes how I approach product work today.
Since 2024 I've run my own consultancy, Zachary Flynn Engineering LLC, taking on concurrent engagements across AI/LLM platforms (Soligo.ai), hospitality (100x Hospitality), consumer delivery (Vyblee), and agency work at CodePilot — shipping apps like IndyX, Nylo, Donor Red, and Westhill Financial.
What drives me is the intersection of product thinking and solid engineering — building Stripe billing that actually reconciles, auth that scales across tenants, and interfaces that feel obvious. Equally happy owning a feature solo for a startup or plugging into a senior engineering team.

Contributed to a 23% revenue lift over the engagement.
