Built admin and customer-facing dashboards powering event operations and guest workflows, replaced legacy auth with BetterAuth, and shipped an embedded vacation package wizard that converts browse traffic into multi-night booking inquiries.

Seel - AI-Powered VC Risk Assessment

Led a 3-engineer frontend team shaping the customer-facing product. Built a multipart pitch-deck uploader (FilePond) feeding LLM-based due diligence analysis pipelines, implemented secure AWS Cognito authentication with server-side rendering, and integrated typed GraphQL schemas that cut client-side network overhead. Also led investor-facing UI design in Figma using Material Design patterns.

Vyblee - Hotel-Branded Food Delivery

Worked with Vyblee across two engagements. Originally built a Stripe-powered cart and checkout, plus a no-code storefront generator that lets operators launch a branded delivery brand in minutes (SvelteKit auth flows contributed to a 25% lift in adoption). Returned in 2025 to support Vyblee's pivot to hotel-branded on-demand delivery — rebuilt the frontend in SvelteKit + Tailwind, stood up CI/CD on Vercel + GitHub Actions, and shipped Google Analytics + a Looker Studio reporting dashboard. Contributed to a 23% revenue lift over the return engagement.

CodePilot - Agency Engagements

Ongoing agency engagement where I’ve shipped four production applications across fintech, consumer PWAs, and civic-tech: IndyX (algorithmic Bitcoin trading on SvelteKit with automated execution strategies), Nylo (children’s storytime PWA on Rails 8 with offline-first delivery), Donor Red (blood donation coordination on Rails 8), and Westhill Financial (digital banking). Standardized CI/CD pipelines, PWA capabilities, and payment/auth integrations across engagements.

Soligo.ai - Branded AI Coaching Assistants

Multi-tenant B2B SaaS letting training professionals ship no-code, branded AI coaches. Built end-to-end Stripe integration powering subscriptions, voucher codes, and creator payouts — the platform's core monetization layer. Owned authentication architecture on Supabase with row-level security and multi-tenant access patterns. Shipped creator dashboards, learner-facing UI, and the full transactional email system, plus contributions to the LLM-backed assistant builder. Company has since closed.
